Joseph and Mary Purcell have lived and ministered overseas as resident missionaries since 1992 in the Russian Far East, China, India, Singapore, Malaysia, and Asia. Their work has included nurturing and establishing multiple churches, founding and conducting Bible Schools (including multiple Rhema Bible Training Center campuses,) and training nationals in ministry leadership. The current thrust of their ministry is conducting Advanced Biblical Preaching Clinics in Asia, for the purpose of training ministers to think and preach biblically, in order to expound Christ-Centered expository messages from every part of Scripture.
